Very clean, not enough cashiers waited too long to check out. Me 20 minutes People left before they made it to checkout. Over kill on candy at checkouts.
I have been to many At Home stores and I must say, I LOVE them. I have spent well over 1,000 dollars here and am a loyal and level headed customer. I visited this store 3 weeks ago and checked out a piece of furniture that had damage on it. I came back 3 weeks later and the dresser was still there with the same damage. I asked for a 20% discount and the manager, Stacy belittled me in front of other employees and customers. She told me that she could buff out the marks herself. I am OCD, an avid pioneer woman who fixes doors, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as carpentry work. This was not fixable via wet wipes or elbow grease scrubbing. I was very polite when pointing out the damage, and the dresser didn't even stand level and wobbled on the flat surface of the ground. I don't believe Stacy should be employed in an area where customer service is required. I will not be shopping at this At Home store in the future. I reccomend other At Homes, just not the one in Chantilly, VA!
