CONTRACTORS/PROFESSIONALS, DON'T GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS. I ordered a bathroom vanity from this location and I've never met such useless and incompetent employees in my professional career. I called to check if they received my online order at their store and the employee confirmed that the item had arrived, but when I got there, that was not the case. They said it'd arrive a couple days later. After waiting and receiving an email that they received it, I went back to pick up the item, which took nearly 1.5 hours for them to retrieve my order. Once I go the item back home, and opened the box, the item was damaged. I couldn't return it so I had my dad take the item back to the store for a refund, and it took him nearly 2.5 hours just to return it because I wasn't there in-person. He had the receipt and the credit card (company card, didn't even have our names on it), and still they gave him a hard time.
Save yourself a headache. Go to Home Depot or some other vendor.
Lowes is always great to visit and shop for projects; they help if you ask and otherwise let you figure out what exactly you think you're doing on your own. Given the strongly independent types in the Washington, D.C. area, that is PERFECT!
I bought a gas range for delivery on 10/14. I waited for 2hrs (the delivery window they gave me) and delivery guy didn't show up. I called and they told me the product was damaged, so I need wait another week for a replacement to come in. After waiting faithfully for another week, same thing happened to me again. No-show then a claim that the product is damaged. After I went to argue with the manager at the store, they finally agree to give me another one and deliver the next day. This time they did deliver but didn't haul away my old one as promised. After I called them, they told me to reschedule a haul-away pick at the store. So I had to make another trip to the store.
Consistently lacks inconsistency in supporting parts. They carry 1 inch Polly water line but no fittings? Definitely not a place you can call to check availability, online says "in stock" but is almost always wrong. Good place purchase something if you want to drive elsewhere for the rest of your desired items.
