My Thanksgiving visit with family would have turned out very differently if not for the fantastic service I received when my car broke down three hours way from home and three and a half hours away from my destination. The folks at Master Mechanic Diagnostics & Repair take customer service to a level not normally seen in this day and age. They went above and beyond...from coming to the hotel to pick up my car keys, completing the repairs early to calling to ensure that I made it safely to my destination. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair shop.
The auto care club card is a great value! The four oil changes already get you your money back, but you also get two free state inspections and more. It's definitely worth it.
Best service around. Hyundai of Chantilly tried to sell me on replacing both front and back breaks and rotors when my back 2 looked brand new, which I validated! Saved me $400. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.
This was my first visit to Master Mechanic for service. I was greeted by Suzanne (customer service) and immediately felt welcomed. She was very friendly and explained the policies and services provided by MM. Don (owner) automotive knowledge and expertise is unquestionable. I was pleased with the service and his explanation of the work done. I will certainly use them again in the future.
I have not stopped talking about this business since my very first call to them, hands down the best customer service I've encountered in my two years living in Northern Virginia!!! They are very nice, got the work done for my car very quickly and answered questions I had about other concerns with the car and took the time to explain to me. I've had grinding sounds coming from my car for awhile and every other person that looked at the car just said it was fine, I got an explanation and an amazing new mechanic I can trust! Even the tow company they partner with is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!
I've been taking my car here for a little over a year. The customer service is fantastic! They are always honest about what you need, but never push you to get it done. It's good to know there's an honest mechanic in the area without an over the top sales culture.
